The international Patch 1 for build 143 did not include background job management. The RU10 exclusive version, however, came with a hidden COM object Ru10JobScheduler, which allowed administrators to limit CPU usage for scheduled tasks. This is critical in Russian accounting, where month-end closing can spawn 50+ reporting threads.

COM Hijacking Mitigation: Fixes a vulnerability where attackers could hijack COM references in the Windows Registry to evade detection and establish persistence.
