  5. Launch Loader.exe: In that same AppLoader folder, double-click Loader.exe.
  6. Connect & Install: The wizard will detect your 9720. Select the core OS and any apps you want. Click Next.
  7. Wait: Do not unplug the USB cable. The process takes 30 to 60 minutes. The phone will reboot several times, showing a white screen with a progress bar. This is normal.

  2. Connect the BlackBerry 9720 via USB.
