9️⃣ Quick “First‑Time‑Start” Checklist (for a brand‑new BLW‑280 SSW)

1. Verify all mounting bolts are torqued to 30 Nm.
2. Check fuel tank level, filter condition, and pressure (≥ 3 bar).
3. Open the water‑circuit isolation valve, fill the system, and bleed air until a steady pressure of 1.5 bar is reached.
4. Connect the 400 V three‑phase supply; ensure earth resistance < 1 Ω.
5. Power‑up the control panel; confirm no active alarms.
6. Press “START” → “AUTO”. Watch the LCD for “Ignition” → “Running”.
7. Monitor for at least 10 min: fuel flow, exhaust temperature, water pressure, and any fault codes.
8. Log the initial operating parameters (output, fuel consumption) for future reference.
