6. Reset That Requires Physical Service (Waste Pad Replacement)
If you reset the waste ink counter more than 3–4 times without cleaning the pad, ink will spill inside your printer. epson et2400 reset
- Are your bottles full but the printer says empty? → Do the Ink Refill Reset (Part 1).
- Do you see "Service Required" on the screen? → You need the WIC Reset (Part 2) or a new printer.
- Did you move houses and can't connect to Wi-Fi? → Do the Factory Network Reset (Part 3).
- Is the screen frozen? → Do the Hardware Button Reset (Part 4).
- Press and hold the Stop button (or Cancel button) and the Paper/Source button simultaneously.
- While holding these buttons, plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
- Continue holding the buttons for 10-15 seconds, until the printer's lights start to flash.
- Release the buttons and wait for the printer to complete its reset process.
