Since (released in 2014) concluded its official support cycle years ago, "Update 14" typically refers to community-driven projects, fan-made patch concepts, or modding overhauls.

Known Issues (Post-Update 14)

• Some users report that the “Changing Lanes” racing side mission may still fail to trigger after completing 3 of 4 races. A workaround involves reloading the area via fast travel.
• On PC, HDR toggles may require a game restart to take effect.
