Logline

After a strange supernatural event traps him inside his own home, a directionless young man discovers that the house's eerie, sentient systems will only release him if he completes a growing list of "chores"—each one blurring the line between domestic duty, temptation, and transformation.

Main Characters (as of V0.19)

• The Protagonist (Renamable) – Tasked with cleaning, cooking, and fixing things. Dialogue choices shape his personality (helpful, sarcastic, flirtatious).
• Claire – The overworked mother figure. She appreciates help but hides stress behind humor. Major route expansion in V0.19.
• Lily – The bookish younger daughter. Her route involves repairing items around the house while discussing philosophy (and snacks).
• Megan – The athletic, brash older daughter. Chores become competitions. New scenes added.
• Mrs. Donovan – The nosy neighbor. Appears more frequently in Beta V0.19 with side quests.

As of late 2025, House Chores has moved out of its beta phase. The final version is v1.2.1 (the Epilogue Update), released in December 2025.
