The Anatomy of a Hypermill Post Processor File

In essence, the Hypermill Post Processor performs three critical translations:

Error 2: Rotary Axis Limit Exceeded (A-axis wants to go +110, but max is +90)

• Cause: The post lacks "Axis Flipping" logic.
• Fix: Enable "Use alternative solution" in the post configuration. The post should output A-70 instead of A+110 by rotating the C-axis 180 degrees.
