Link !full! - Ir2110 Library For Proteus 8
The IR2110 is a high-speed, high-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels
- Use Pulse transformers (for isolated drives)
- Use discrete transistor-based drivers (BJT/MOSFET totem pole)
- Simulate at logic level first, then test with real hardware
Note: In some installations, this may be under C:\ProgramData\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional\LIBRARY (you may need to enable "Show Hidden Files"). ir2110 library for proteus 8 link

3. Simulating the IR2110: Key Considerations
The IR2110 is a High and Low Side Driver. It is not a simple logic gate; simulating it requires understanding its power requirements. If you place the component and run the simulation without the correct setup, it will fail or output nothing. The IR2110 is a high-speed, high-voltage power MOSFET
- International Rectifier / Infineon and other vendors publish SPICE macromodels or transistor-level SPICE data for MOSFET drivers or the MOSFETs they drive, but driver IC SPICE macromodels for IR2110 are uncommon or absent. Where SPICE subcircuits exist, they are usually for SPICE engines (Ngspice, LTspice), not Proteus VSM.
- Define symbol pins matching IR2110 pinout (VCC, VB, VS, COM, HIN, LIN, HO, LO, VSS).
- Attach the SPICE subcircuit file (SUBCKT) and map pins appropriately.
