3. The Boost (The Magic Question)

This is where "Extra Quality" earns its name. The Y056 uses a real Boost pellet sole. It is not Basf (the German chemical company that makes retail Boost), but it is close. I pressed my thumb into the sole: it compresses and springs back slowly. Walking in them? It’s soft—softer than Ultraboost 19s, actually. The problem? It’s almost too soft. Retail 350s have a firm bounce. Y056 EQ has a marshmallow sink. Great for lounging, slightly unstable for long walks.
