• The Vellas Art Club: A free Saturday morning program for children aged 8–12, led by professional teaching artists. Priority is given to children from low-income households.
• Studio Bursary: Each year, the gallery awards one emerging artist a rent-free studio in the building for 12 months, plus a £2,000 materials stipend.
• Art & Mental Health: Monthly workshops in partnership with the Belfast Trust, using art therapy techniques for those experiencing anxiety or depression.

• Unfinished canvases. Blank frames. A mirror that shows the gallery from behind you—where something is always standing.
