Ver 1.1 Bios - Ms-7613

The MS-7613 Ver 1.1 (codenamed "Iona-GL8E") is an OEM motherboard manufactured by MSI specifically for HP and Compaq desktop systems, such as the HP Pavilion p6000 series. Because it is an OEM board, the BIOS is customized by HP and lacks the advanced overclocking or manual tuning features typically found on MSI's retail motherboards.  BIOS Specifications & Versions

1. HP Website: The support page for the specific PC (HP Pavilion Elite HPE-100/110/120 series) only offers Windows-based flash utilities (which I cannot run) or older DOS executables that are difficult to extract the ROM from.
2. Universal Extractor: I tried extracting the HP SP number executables, but I end up with .FD files or encrypted containers that I am unsure how to handle for direct programming.
