Verify Plugin Files: Ensure all plugin files are present and not corrupted. Sometimes, re-copying the files from the original download can resolve issues.
Open Lightroom Classic (not Lightroom CC).
Go to File > Plug-in Manager. Confirm Negative Lab Pro is listed and enabled.
Open Lightroom Classic: Ensure you are using the desktop-focused Lightroom Classic or Lightroom 6, as the cloud-based Lightroom CC does not support these plug-ins. Access Plug-in Manager: Go to File > Plug-in Manager. Enter the Key: Find Negative Lab Pro in the list of plug-ins on the left.
Manual Installation: If you're using an automated installer, try manually installing the plugin. This usually involves placing the plugin files in the appropriate directory for your Adobe software.
Click “Activate”
A success message appears. Restart Lightroom if the interface doesn’t refresh.
