Download the PUK v11 archive (.7z or .zip).
Extract all files into the game root directory (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NOBU16\).
Run PUK_Launcher.exe as administrator.
Select "Apply v11 Full" – wait for verification (checksum check).
Launch the game via the new launcher. Original save files remain compatible.
Custom Officers: Simultaneously edit birth year, lifespan, and affiliated castles for multiple officers.
Getting Started
Additional scenario(s) focusing on understudied years or alternative-history “what-if” branches, often adding late-Sengoku or early-Tokugawa permutations.
Scenario-specified starting conditions: altered clan strength, new officer placements, revised domain borders, and unique victory/objective conditions to encourage fresh strategies.
