Potplayer Show Milliseconds __exclusive__ «WORKING»

By default, PotPlayer does not show milliseconds in its main playback timer, but you can enable them through the On-Screen Display (OSD)

  1. Load the video in PotPlayer. Load the SRT subtitle file (Alt + O).
  2. Notice the subtitle appears 400ms too late (the actor's mouth moves, then text appears 400ms later).
  3. In PotPlayer, Right-click > Subtitles > Subtitle Sync > Sync Offset +0.400 seconds (Positive numbers delay the sub; Negative numbers make it appear earlier).
  4. Watch the millisecond clock. You will see the countdown adjust instantly. Because you see 00:01:02.400, you know exactly where the subtitle lands.
