Method 1: The Steam Launch Options (Easiest)

1. Open your Steam Library.
2. Right-click on Project Zomboid and select Properties.
3. In the "Launch Options" text box at the bottom, type exactly: -debug
4. Close the Properties window and launch the game.

1. Go to C:\Users\YourName\Zomboid (or your user folder).
2. Open the project Zomboid. json file in Notepad.
3. Find the line containing "-debug" or add "-debug": true inside the "flags" object.
4. Warning: This can break multiplayer compatibility.
