Baixe e instale o WIC Reset Utility no site oficial do fabricante.
Conecte a Epson L3250 ao computador via cabo USB. Ligue a impressora.
Abra o programa. Ele detectará automaticamente sua impressora. Se não detectar, vá em “Manual Select” e escolha Epson L3250 Series.
Clique no botão “Read” (Ler contadores). O programa mostrará quantos por cento da almofada foram consumidos (ex: 103% – já passou do limite).
Clique em “Reset”.
O programa pedirá uma chave de ativação (cerca de US$ 10). Infelizmente, as versões gratuitas hoje em dia não realizam o reset completo; apenas pagas. Pague via PayPal.
Após inserir a chave, clique em “Reset” novamente. Aguarde 30 segundos.
Desligue a impressora, aguarde 10 segundos e ligue novamente.
