How to Use resetpass
Prior to Symantec Endpoint Protection 14, resetting the password was a more invasive process involving direct database edits. With SEP 14, Symantec streamlined the process using a standardized batch script. However, note that SEP 14 moved away from the older "Symantec Java Console" architecture.
