• Affordable Choice: A large-format flatbed (minimum 11" x 17") like an Epson Perfection V600. You must remove the lid and accept a small "gutter loss" in the center binding.
• Destructive (Highest Quality): Cutting the spine off the comic (perfect binding removal). This allows single-sheet feeding through a document scanner at lightning speed, but it permanently destroys the physical book. Only do this if you own a duplicate or the book is low-value.
