  2. Locate the Shimeji Engine: You need a base engine (download the latest Shimeji-ee.jar from GitHub).
  3. The "Conf" Folder: Inside your main Shimeji engine folder, look for a subfolder called /conf/.
  4. Replace or Add: Drag your new skin folder into /conf/.
  5. Select the skin: Run the .jar file. Right-click the tray icon. Go to "Select Shimeji." Your "UPD" skin should appear.
