1. Go to the Group Block (Master reservation).
2. Click Group Check-In.
3. Upload a pre-arrival CSV file with names mapped to room numbers.
4. Click Mass Check-In. SIHOT will encode 30 keys in 2 minutes.
5. Post-check-in: Use the Group Folio to post the master account (e.g., conference dinner) and individual folios for incidentals.
