1. Roll back to macOS Mojave 10.14.6 – This is the last OS where Waves 11 runs without compromise.
2. Run a Catalina virtual machine using Parallels or VMWare and install Waves 11 inside a clean VM.
3. Use Blue Cat’s PatchWork – Load problem Waves plugins inside PatchWork to sandbox crashes.
4. Manually repair permissions – sudo chmod -R 755 /Library/Application\ Support/Waves
