Act 4: The Twin Cathedrals – The Bell Puzzle

Setting: You are in two mirror-image cathedral towers. Each has a set of bells and a furnace.

1. The Planetarium Player must align their orrery. Pull the 5 levers to move the mechanical animals into the correct orbit. (You won’t know the order yet).
2. The Observatory Player looks through the telescope. Describe the arrangement of the frozen symbols. For example: “In the top-left ice patch, there’s a Wolf. Top-right is a Raven. Middle is a Snake. Bottom-left is a Fish. Bottom-right is a Stag.”
3. Now the key: The Planetarium Player must arrange their animals to match that exact spatial pattern on their console.
4. Once the pattern matches, the Observatory Player will see the ice cracks glow. They then turn the 5 dials to match the symbols they see.
5. Pull the big lever in the center of the Observatory. The door opens.
