To activate Webroot, you generally need to enter a 20-character alphanumeric keycode

Webroot Activation for Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)

Webroot protection isn’t just for desktops. You can activate it on smartphones and tablets as well.

Go to My Account: Click the Gear Icon (settings) next to "My Account". Enter Keycode: Look for the Activate a new keycode field.

  1. Log into your Webroot account from a web browser.
  2. Go to “My Subscriptions” and find your active license.
  3. Click “Add Device” or “Send Download Link.”
  4. On the new device, download the appropriate app from the official app store (Google Play, Apple App Store) or from Webroot’s site. Install it and sign in with the same Webroot account credentials — you do not need to re-enter the product key.
