- Install Xentry Diagnosis on a Windows 10/11 laptop (requires 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD).
- Activate your subscription – You’ll need a Mercedes Xentry Pass account (requires business credentials).
- Complete online training – Mercedes offers free videos on guided diagnostics and flashing.
