Billu is a humble, middle-aged barber in a small village near Mumbai who quietly bears the scars of an old friendship with a now‑famous Bollywood superstar, Sahir Khan. Years earlier they were close; fate separated them when Sahir left for the city and climbed to stardom while Billu stayed behind, running his modest barber shop and raising his family. The village knows of Billu’s past connection but treats it as local lore. When Sahir unexpectedly visits the village to shoot a film, a cascade of events forces both men to confront pride, loyalty, truth, and the ties that bind them.
